Art Date: A Gallery Project Fundraiser for Queer Singles and their Friends

A fun-filled evening of art, music, and good company, meant to raise funds for Gallery Project and to offer a space for the LGBT community to have a good time! Come meet exciting queer folks who share a passion for contemporary art! Mingle with gay and straight friends, married, coupled, or otherwise! Have a glass of wine or a beer, some hors d’oeuvres, and soak in the Flash tattoo art show, while you are serenaded by our charming DJ and wooed by alluring performers.

 

Minimum required donation: $20.

Performances by Adam Boehmer, Amanda Krugliak, Melanie Manos, and The Gentlemen Pirates (“Stealing hearts with stolen songs!” Featuring: That Kook With A Uke - Downtown Ken Brown - and Uncle Art and his Magic Tamboureasal).

Gallery Project is a fine art collaborative. Its mission is to provide a venue for contemporary art that is culturally aware, individualistic, courageous, and thought provoking. Gallery Project is located at 215 South Fourth Avenue in Ann Arbor. Gallery hours are: Tuesday through Saturday, noon to 9; and Sunday, noon to 4. The gallery is closed on Mondays.
